Business Requirements
Partners in the Apple Consultants Network receive a program badge to showcase and promote participation. Partners also get a listing on Apple’s partner locator, relevant sales and technical training, and access to events and marketing materials.
Apple Technical Partners must complete annual Apple technical training and maintain device management and Wi-Fi networking certifications. Apple Premium Technical Partners must complete annual training and maintain Apple IT solutions certifications, advanced device management, and Wi-Fi networking certifications. Training isn’t required before applying. Access to training materials is provided after your company is admitted.
In addition to technical training and certifications, Apple Technical Partners are required to offer Level 1 support and showcase their Apple services on their website. Companies may be eligible to become Apple Premium Technical Partners by deepening their knowledge in Apple products and offering more robust services to customers. The Apple Consultants Network is focused on providing services and doesn’t provide approval for repair or resale of Apple products. Before applying, review all terms and conditions.
