Hi! Tech was started by two technologists and friends who recognized that helping companies operate efficiently doesn’t require short sleeve button-downs and condescending attitudes. We’re a small company driven by a singular goal: to provide world-class support for our clients - and have a great time doing it. 

Hi! Tech provides IT consulting, managed services, and installation and configuration of tech for small and medium-sized businesses in New York and California (we are headquartered in Manhattan, with a satellite office in San Diego). 

Our friendly Tech Helpers are the Office Manager, Ops Manager, and/or CIO's best friends; providing premium IT service to their staff while concurrently building the underlying infrastructure and processes necessary for their company's growth in the future.
