Wow!!! These guys are good!!

These guys are off the charts good. They show up on time, are extremely knowledgable and work very fast. The quality is outstanding and they are really nice guys on top of it. I have used them three times: 2 computers , a laptop, apple TV they were good on all. On my latest appointment they took care of a variety of issues. They installed a new operating system and once installed and they left I had an issue with some documents that didn't transfer( not there fault). Alec's wife had a baby the next day, but he reached out to make sure I would be taken care of, and then scheduled a remote meeting to fix the problem, which he did. Absolutely above and beyond client service!

I would recommend this consultant to a friend or colleague!

Great personal help, like Apple One on One

I was a fan of Apple's One on One program. I would collect my questions and problems and schedule a time to have them resolved. This is the kind of help I have gotten from Alec at Bitworx. Little things I can't figure out, or things that I am afraid to do. He downloaded Microsoft Office onto my new iMac. Sounds easy, but the set-up asked some questions and gave me choices I had no idea which way to choose/answer. He has helped with malware choices and install, photography, iCloud, iOS device 'communication', password managers decisions and install, troubleshooting software/user? glitches. I usually schedule him for an hour and we get everything done pretty succinctly. He travels to my house. He is personable, knowledgeable, and a good teacher. I highly recommend.
