Katie fixed all of the problems I was having with my computer and external hard drives while explaining everything to me in terms I could understand. As someone who has been retired for a number of years, I really appreciate her patience and thoroughness in finding out exactly what I want to do with my computer and setting it up so that I can complete my projects without worrying about how how the technology works.

I would definitely recommend this service company to EVERYONE!! Each employee has been expertly trained-not just in computer skill training but also in customer service. It's better than having an Apple Genius come to your house! It's easy to make an appointment, and they come to you!

My laptop had water damage after an accidental spill, and I thought my files would be impossible to retrieve. I was referred to Tech-Ease, and I am so glad that I contacted them. It is obvious that they genuinely care about their customers and take great lengths to solve customer requests. They immediately responded to my appointment request and promptly helped me with my issue. Not only were they able to fully retrieve the information from my computer, but also went above and beyond to help me transfer it. I am truly thankful for Tech-Ease and the wholehearted service they provide. Companies that value their customers like this are few and far between these days. Thank you so much to John and Cindy for y'all's help! Y'all are truly outstanding.

Excellent from start to finish. My guy never made me feel less than competent even though that is a stretch. I learned a lot and expect to revisit some things and learn much more at our next session. We have over a dozen Apple products in our large family and Jeff and Alan have been critical in keeping everything running well. They have provided advice as to either upgrading each device is necessary or advisable; they do not indiscriminately recommend upgrading as Apple Store employees often do. They make themselves available by phone.email and in person to their regular customers, and are knowledgeable and resourceful even remotely,without the device in front of them. Most importantly, they are willing to teach skills without making the user (sometimes our preteens) feel stupid. We recommend their services without reservations; they have truly improved our quality of life.

Whether it's a simple hardware upgrade question or software issue Jeff is the first person I call ... I don't even waste time on Google! Haha. I've been a Apple/Mac user since 1998 and consider myself an "expert" so to speak, but my knowledge pales in comparison to Jeff's. Do yourself a favor the next time you're having issues or you're thinking about setting up a new workstation: call him and save yourself headaches and/or bogus information from so-called "experts"

I have found them to be quickly responsive to questions even helping by phone rather than having to make a service call if it is something that can be resolved very easily. Our office Mac systems had been set up a few years ago by non-experts in Macs. After a couple of years of stop-gap measures, we were thrilled to find Jeff. Not only did Jeff understand the computers inside and out, he appreciated the specific challenges of using them in a small business setting. We appreciate his accessibility and friendly, relaxed manner. He's also invested in helping us improved our technology set-up in the long-term so that it will ultimately be more efficient and more cost-effective. It's important to us that he views our relationship as a long-term endeavour. Any small business relying on external IT support would do well to get in touch with Jeff and his team to see how they can help. They are fair in their pricing and straightforward in their assessments of what's possible and reasonable. We feel lucky to have Alabama Tech-Ease on our team -- thanks again!

Hi and a neighbor at the condo where my husband and I live in Birmingham (although I am a New Yorker resident and participate in the Apple One to One sessions), invited me to join her at the second Tuesday tutorials by Jeff and Team at the Homewood Public Library. I was very impressed by Jeff and Cindy and so when I got my IPhone 6, I signed on with Cindy to help me set it up and sort out passwords and so forth. My husband was with me in the condo when Cindy came yesterday. He listened in since he is thinking of getting an iPhone 6S and he agreed that Cindy is "first rate". We really accomplished a lot by putting everything into perspective. I should point out that since I am 80 and my husband is 82, we need all the tech help we can get. Thanks, Cindy. I can't say enough about Jeff and Alan. They both went above and beyond to help resolve my issue. Friday afternoon my office computer started having issues they not only found the problem they had it resolved and my computer re-installed at my office 8am Monday morning so that no time would be lost.
