Kyle has repeatedly responded promptly to a wide variety of problems - large and small - with my iMac, iPad or iPhone. His help with my iMac is especially valued in that it is the heart of my business. Being "down" or even running at less than full strength is very costly. To paraphrase Will Rogers, Kyle has never met an Apple problem he hasn't been able to solve. Though he obviously knows more than me on the subject, his talent is explaining both the problem and the solution such that I can understand it. I would definitely recommend Kyle.

Mr. Slater provides a high quality Mac learning environment that is gear towards providing the User with hands on experience. I would highly recommend to anyone to take one of his instructional lead courses, if they want to greatly increase their working knowledge of Mac systems. Taking the 101+102 Bootcamp have been very beneficial to my IT professional career.

Kyle has become our go-to computer expert who has tackled a variety of challenges in our office. He is very responsive and provides outstanding service. Most recently, he helped us to specify a new iMac to meet our needs, installed the new computer, reconfigured and upgraded an older iMac with new RAM, and migrated user accounts...all working great! He upgraded our operating systems and trained our staff after the OS upgrades. We have also relied on Kyle for system/hardware troubleshooting and fixing file sharing issues. He networked an old HP printer to work wirelessly and even set up our Windows laptop to talk to our network! Kyle has a wonderful ability to convey his high level of knowledge to users in easy to understand terminology. We highly recommend his service.

My MacBook would not print every time to my wireless printer. David was very upfront on the phone about his services and rates and came out to my home office within two hours of my call. He researched my problem on the internet before he got here and discovered others who had the same problem and how they resolved it. He also said that if this problem didn't stay resolved he would come back at no charge. He was here a little over an hour, was very professional and came prepared to resolve the issues. He did and although this is the first time I've ever had to call anyone in I'm glad I called him and I would call him again if I ever needed to.
