Patrick is a freak of nature!! Whatever I throw his way, he has the answer.

Patrick always responds to my emails and phone calls and is quick to help me troubleshoot issues, big or small. One of the things I like most about him is that he never makes me feel inadequate if my issue is simple. He walks me through whatever I need to do using terminology that's easy to understand with the patience of a saint! He is a true professional and I am grateful to have him on my side!!

Had a major issue with activating a new 8 iPhone. It turned out my Apple ID had been linked with an unknown Apple ID and somehow came through iTunes. This consultant not only diagnosed the really BIG problem but rectified the problem quickly. This was after having dealt with Apple assistance over the phone with two separate folks for well over 6 total hours. And setting my phone up as a new phone. He was able to link up all my data like magic. Best thing ever. I only wish I knew of him BEFORE all the craziness.

Patrick is not only very knowledgeable in his field, he is personable, attentive, and takes care of his clients any time they need assistance regardless if it's evenings or a weekend. I have been working with Patrick for several years, and he has helped transform our accounting and tax practice with technologies that I didn't know existed. He is constantly looking for ways to help make our business more efficient, which translates into higher profitability, and more clients. When Patrick and I started working together, I went from being just like any other accounting and tax professional, to being years ahead of others in my industry. Patrick developed a new firm website with a back end management system that allows us to manage my IRS cases, and streamline our services. He has transformed the business allowing us to have access to almost all of our client records using our iPad, iPhone, and laptop when we are not in the office. We have gone from paying expensive monthly bills for office phones, to VoIP and being able to answer the office line from our cell phone no matter where we are at. We have gone from old school fax machines to digital faxing and receiving faxes on our iPhone and iPad. Patrick has installed all new equipment and handled the networking in our office with wireless printing among other capabilities. He has spent countless of hours working on developing new ways to help us be more efficient, and provide better service to our clients using the latest technologies in the marketplace. If you want a tech expert who cares about his client, works to enhance your business operations, and offers excellent service, he is the guy that you should work with. I never have to worry about technical issues whether it's during tax season, or any other time of the year because I have Patrick on speed dial. I get a text or phone call reply within minutes, which is something I have never been able to get from any other tech consultant in the past. I very much appreciate everything he has done, and continues to do for my business!
