    Support-Expert.co.uk exists to support all your Mac, Server, iPad or general IT needs.


    Our roots stem from Local Education Authority and originally designed to support schools, as we evolved we broke away from Government and became a business that supports both education and business sectors.


    We are renowned for large iPad deployments in schools, but we also support other technical aspects sch as Mac, PC, Server, and Network Infrastructures.


    Our clientele is forever growing in schools across the UK. Particularly in London as well as colleges and schools as far as Ireland, Scotland, Norwich not to mention more nearby in Kent and Essex.
    We also support a number of other companies offering white hat services to fulfil orders to their customers.


    While most of our business is in the education sector, we also have some businesses, charities, and a growing number of residential customers.


    With the explosion of the use of iPads in the classroom (and businesses), we have become the goto people for all levels of support, from the automation of setting up iPads, through to providing a fully managed services.


    We like to get involved from pre-procurement, where our reseller relationships will deliver good cost savings on hardware purchases, advice on planning, installations of the equipment, and ongoing support, and training, as necessary.


    For home users we can provide all levels of training, engineer call out services for issues or set up support, the ability to provide remote support enables us to quickly access your technology problems (you can watch us as we navigate your system to fix the issues).


    For Business and Education sectors, we can provide the same services, but can also offer more comprehensive service agreements, and managed services.


    Support-Expert is part of a wider collective of businesses, which means we have access to the services of our partner businesses, LEA traded services, trainers, qualified teachers, consultants, which includes ADE staff (Apple Distinguished Educators), media experts, photographers etc.  The network has a vast skill set of support and training in most disciplines. The collective core services are to supply IT support (specialising in Mac/iOS),  education curriculum advisors that support IT Audits, Curriculum Audits, and support the new computing curriculum. 


    We are also the creators of the popular free ‘App List’ sharing service that has helped many users; Business and schools use the service to share their favourite apps. I had a very good experience with their help in installing a new printer at home. They were able to come out quickly, and the paperwork was efficient. I felt the fee (£60 per hour with VAT) seemed expensive, but was value for money in that Christian is a Mac specialist, and he made sense of our rambling network quite quickly. I'd definitely use him again.

For the past year Christian has been helping me with any problem I had with my computer. I'm not Computer literate and he has had a lot of patience with me. He has always been available and has helped me either by making a home visit or else by connecting my computer to his.
