In November 2011 we took the radical decision to change our office computing from PC to Apple and needed an Apple expert to guide us through the process. We found Purple Computing on the internet and Managing Director James has been a real gem. James is very knowledgeable, he is always up for a challenge and always available.\nSince 2011 James has acquired a small team to help him. However, the personal approach has not stopped and his team are a good support and backup when he cannot deal with us personally. We cannot fault Purple Computing for enthusiasm, their positive approach to sorting out problems and particularly for their ability to explain things in language we understand.\nWe are now in the process of turning our office paperless and Purple Computing have been instrumental in their advise on how best to do this. In Purple Computing we have found people we can trust to help us through the required important technological advancement in our business and we are grateful for their support.

We got so much more than that...Extremely technical knowledge made simple to understand with excellent support. Purple provided us with a brand-new Point of Sale system integrated into a Mac, iPhone and iPad network and continue to provide support and monitoring. James and his team are FANTASTIC!! They have helped us with everything we needed to set up a new business such as: Off site backups, emails hosting, setting up new phones, up dating operating systems and generally making sure everything "behind the scenes" runs like clock work.\nWhen ever we have had a problem they are only a phone call or email away, they deliver instructions, in the same manner as apple themselves, friendly, easy to understand and professional.\nJust the team you want on your side.

I asked for advice on how to replace my old Mac, and I got lots more than that from the first consultation. My company is run as a team of freelancers, all working from home, at various locations, and I got plenty of very helpful ideas on how we could benefit from the latest technology. The guy who set my new Mac up explained everything brilliantly, he was very patient and he had loads of good tips. I know I'll get a friendly response whenever I need help - and I know the information will be reliable and the advice good.

To move to Apple and have Purple Computing install my devices.\nMy iMac, Time Capsule, ePrinter, and laptop were installed faultlessly within a new wireless network. I first contacted Purple computing after seeing there brilliant Minis with their purple livery, it all looked so friendly and approachable, not once from the start did I feel intimidated, or a fool for not understanding my mac. I needed a fool proof help 'team' that I felt I could contact on the button, when I needed it, these guys are the ones!\nJames Hart, came out to my house and spent time with me asking me exactly what I wanted, he found out in a 'no salesman way' what my needs were, he listened, he explained, he helped and he spent time making sure I understood and could achieve all my issues before he left. I set up an account with him which meant I could call or email when I needed them. Ive used them many a time and sometimes for the silliest of things, not once do they not get back to you and help. Faultless service. I have passed on their details to a number of my mac owner friends, and they too mirror my testaments.\nRecently I've had some issues and I email Purple, and one of James' team has got back to me, he has not failed to deliver either, he has maintained Purple Computing and James Harts superb service. If you have a Mac, the only support team to have are Purple Computing!

Right from my first discussion with James, through to the completion of the site visit by the engineer, I was very happy with the experience of working with Purple. I was confident that they had understood the issues I faced, they kept me informed throughout and were able to apply common sense as well as the technical knowledge, meaning I was advised as a business owner, not just as an owner of some computers.
