At a desperate time when I so needed my iPhone to fully functional I found myself changing from the 4 to the 5s and major problems arose between my new phone, iMac and iPad. Not being a techie and floundering around I turned at random to iAdvance. I was so greatly relieved when after a few instructions with settings and such I am fully functional on all devices. Fantastic service. Highly recommend

He is knowledgable about the industry and products and which items are applicable to our business. He is great at trouble shooting and is available to provide support within a reasonable time. After a meeting discussing what I was looking to upgrade Brad showed me what I needed and gave me a quote. We then further discussed any changes in parts that were to be used in the upgrade prior to the completion of the service. Brad had all the upgrades done as quick as possible knowing that I needed the computer back right away for school. His timing was wonderful as was all the upgrades he completed. I highly recommend him.
