Certification Requirements

To help ensure that Apple customers receive the highest quality of consulting services, the Apple Consultants Network requires that each business, for each of its listed locations, register one or more consultants who have obtained at least one of the following Mac OSX certifications:

  • Apple Certified Support Professional.
  • Apple Certified Technical Coordinator.
  • Apple Certified System Administrator.
