To help ensure that customers receive the highest quality of consulting services, member companies must employ technical staff that hold at least one Apple certification supporting their specific customer focus area. The certification must be held for the most recent software version for which there is an Apple exam. Certification holders will be notified by email when new exams become available. Each consultant must be registered member with the ACN program.
Each consultant registered with the ACN program must provide proof that they meet the minimum requirements for at least one of the nominated customer focus areas within 90 days of the activation of their membership.

There is no fee associated with yearly membership for Individuals and/or Companies to join the Apple Consultants Network. We offer two membership types: Company and Individual. Consulting practices with more than one employee must join the program as a Company member. Sole proprietors (one-person consultancies) may join as an Individual member(s).

The Company membership level allows you the flexibility of adding consultants and business locations. Member companies receive benefits that include: use of the program logo, listing by company/location in the consultant locator, and discounts on exclusive Apple training and marketing resources.

Please note that your application to join the Apple Consultants Network will be denied if you make use of Mac, Macintosh, Apple or any other Apple trademark, or a variation, phonetic equivalent, foreign language equivalent, takeoff, or abbreviation of an Apple trademark in your company name, domain name, URL or email address. The only exceptions are Apple Authorised Resellers and Apple Authorised Service Providers who are expressly authorised by Apple to use its trademarks.
